April Pair of Felted Bed Socks / Slippers

These are another pair of the Bed Socks with Novelty Yarn from "The Little Box of Socks" by Charlene Schurch and Beth Parrott.

I started with 4 fewer stitches around the ankle to make it a little more snug and I stopped decreasing the toe a little early as I like a more rounded toe. The previous Bed Socks I made had a toe that was little pointy for me (even after felting).

This pair is very comfortable - I hope I don't wear them out too quick!

April Socks

I was visiting my daughter and knew that I wouldn't be able to finish the socks I had in progress, so bought some Woolcraft superwash Sock Yarn in a nearby town. I wanted to be able to leave them with her, and was able to finish some plain ol' vanilla ribbed socks. No pattern, just my basic sock contruction and I used a 2x2 rib for the leg. And they were finished before I had to leave!

April Project

This shawl was test knit for Corinne Fourcade, and her name for the pattern is 'Cretaceous'.

just finished some skew socks. these were fun. they are from knitty the skew socks and i made them from vesper sock yarn in the color flying solo
