Hats fpr Wool Aid

Wool Aid provides warm wool items for children in Tibet, Mongolia, and other places with cold winters. I made these hats from worsted scraps left over from other projects. The basic pattern is a free one from Lion Brand Yarn that I found on Ravelry, and it knits up FAST. I added the color work.

Great Hats Sandy and a Great Project. A friend of mine is one of the moderators on the Wool-Aid group. Are you knitting the Mystery Sweater?

No. Didn't know about the Mystery Sweater as I haven't checked in on the group for awhile. I'm knitting a blanket for the Afghans for Afghans campaign, and up to my ears in Christmas knitting. I'll have to wait until the next Mystery.

they look great! Some kids are gonna be really happy with your hats.
The hat I've finished today is ... uhm... not good :) I'm gonna look on Ravelry, perhaps this one will fit better!
